What You’ll Own You’ll have responsibility for developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including: Google Business Profile optimization Online review strategy and reputation management Google Local Services Ads (LSAs) Pay-Per-Click campaign management and vendor oversight Search Engine Optimization (SEO) AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms) Website management and ongoing improvements Social media strategy and content creation Email marketing campaigns Community outreach and local events Referral and customer loyalty programs Property manager and commercial partner communications Marketing analytics and reporting Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints What Success Looks Like You’ll help us: Increase qualified leads Improve conversion rates Grow our online reputation Become the #1 plumbing company consumers find online Expand successfully into new markets Strengthen relationships with commercial and residential customers Create innovative campaigns competitors haven’t thought of yet Most importantly… You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas. Loves data as much as creativity. Is curious about AI and emerging marketing technology. Enjoys learning and improving every week. Can manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail. Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction. Wants to build a long‑term career, not just hold another marketing job. Believes marketing should produce measurable business results.
