Job Description
West Palm Beach law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary/Assistant. Applicant must have Legal Secretary/Assistant experience, know dictation, know WordPerfect/Word, be organized and detail oriented.
Responsibilities include:
- Typing and Dictation Transcription
- Managing Client Emails and Texts
- E-filing with State and Federal Courts
- Preparing Pleadings/Orders
- Managing Court Schedule
- Scheduling Appointments
- Answering phones
- Filing and Other Clerical Duties.
- Knowledge of Adobe and Dropbox is a plus.
