Job Description

Cogent Biosciences seeks an Associate Director to lead commercial training initiatives and contract operations. The role partners across sales, marketing, compliance, and finance to execute enablement programs, manage field events, and oversee commercial contracts through review and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of commercial training initiatives, onboarding programs, and field communications from planning through implementation
• Build and deliver live and virtual training workshops for field and cross-functional commercial partners
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and other functions to align training with brand strategy
• Manage commercial contracts and vendor agreements through review and approval lifecycle
• Support national sales meetings, launch events, and commercial milestones while maintaining budget and timeline adherence

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial training program management and execution
• Contract management and vendor coordination experience in life sciences or pharma
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Project management expertise with ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with both live and virtual event planning and delivery
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in commercial operations
