  • Identify and mitigate operational, project, regulatory, and commercial risks while evaluating RINs, LCFS credits, and other renewable energy incentives to maximize returns.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships and serve as a primary contact for customers, suppliers, contractors, developers, regulators, landowners, agricultural partners, local governments, and community stakeholders supporting renewable energy operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase production, improve processes and equipment, enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs, and advance safety and operational excellence.
  • Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and team development while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Relevant industry certifications, preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, including strategic planning, team development, stakeholder engagement, and project execution, coupled with extensive knowledge of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) operations, markets, and regulatory requirements.
