Position: Personal Assistant – Remote Type: Full-time or Part-time | Location: 100% Remote | Schedule: Flexible hours available What You’ll Do - Calendar & Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for managers and team members - Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages professionally and on time - Admin Support: Prepare reports, organize files, update spreadsheets, and handle light data entry - Coordination: Connect with onsite community teams, vendors, and residents to keep things moving - Documentation: Take meeting notes, track action items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Requirement: - Strong written + verbal communication skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks - Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new tools - Self-motivated and can work independently from home - Professional, respectful, and a team player - No experience required – we provide full training. Students, stay-at-home parents, and retirees welcome!
