We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a busy executive and two private households in the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a wide variety of personal, household, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Run personal errands, including grocery shopping, prescription pickups, dry cleaning, and other household needs Coordinate with household staff and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and related documentation Organize closets, pantries, and household storage areas Schedule and coordinate medical and personal appointments Manage and maintain the executive's calendar Plan and coordinate family gatherings, dinner parties, and special events Secure reservations and arrange entertainment, including concerts, shows, and other activities Prepare for travel by organizing, stocking, and packing necessities Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities Provide support to family members as needed Serve as a liaison between household and office staff to ensure seamless communication and operations Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and research skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability Tech-savvy and comfortable with online scheduling, travel booking, reservation platforms, and productivity tools Collaborative team player who works well with household staff, vendors, and family members Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times This is an in-person position; remote work is not available Competitive compensation based on experience Availability outside of regular business hours on an as-needed basis #J-18808-Ljbffr
