Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Worker.
Line Worker Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday
Pay Rate : $16.00/hr
Location : Walton, KY
Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Basic English communication and writing skills required.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive.
• Ability to consistently produce quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in elevated work areas.
• Strong attendance and dependability required.
• Ability to follow cGMP and quality standards.
• Must be willing to wear required PPE, including a hairnet, smock, safety glasses, and additional PPE depending on department assignment.

About the Line Worker Role
As a Line Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Perform assigned manufacturing and production duties.
• Report to the assigned workstation on time and prepared to work.
• Complete assigned production tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Follow established cGMP and quality standards.
• Maintain productivity while working with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with the Line Captain as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other production team members.
• Maintain high-quality production standards.
• Follow all established workplace safety procedures.
• Perform additional line production duties as assigned.
