Now hiring Janitorial Workers on 1st and 3rd shift!

Location : Middletown, PA

Pay: $15.50/hour ($16.00/hour upon direct hire )

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Job Duties

• Operating Electric Pallet Jack to move trash.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Sweep, dust, damp mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Clean walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning and infection control procedures.
• Move furniture and equipment for thorough cleaning and return items to proper placement.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Electric Pallet JAck Experience.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, environmental services, or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and identify areas needing attention.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
