Job Description Answer all incoming phone calls, e-mails, and text messages
Daily reporting on collections and production
Running AR reports weekly
Answering all payment and insurance questions
Verifying insurance multiple days in advance
Updating charts and health history
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
full-time $20 - $30 per hour
Hourly rate dependent on knowledge and experience
Benefits Work hours 7am-5pm Mon-Wed and 7am-3pm Thurs
Weekends not required but possible Fridays needed for limited times at some point
